I am Robert Navarrete DDS aka Robert Massimi DDS. A dentist lied about by ex employees and hit with a frivolous lawsuit.

I created this website in order to defend myself against baseless allegations made against me in a frivolous lawsuit that I fought for years and was ultimately withdrawn. These were malicious actions and lies from former employees and their despicable attorney who used a NY Post contact to try and extort me.

More recently the tabloid NY POST article became the nidus of gossip and rumors that may have effected my role as a football coach at our middle school.

I mount this defense because the society we live in has become overly judgmental. No worries though, believing some of these stories happens to the best of us.

This issue is far behind me and those who know me mock the irony of the lawsuit.

Note: In an action to disassociate myself from my biological father (Massimi) I took my wife's family name of Navarrete. I'm sure I'm not the only one with dishonorable family. Thats a whole other story.

On page 2 (Gallery) of this website are full letters.

What follows on this page are excerpts.

All written by colleagues through my many years of practice, employees, staff from my offices, statements from me and more recently, people from my community.

I am now licensed in two states, approved by two state boards, and have an immaculate record.

This is part of a statement I wrote to a Dental Board.

Dr. Wayne sums things up nicely here. We went through Dental School and Residency together. We worked at several dental offices together through the years. We were partners in the Bronx office. He was the most senior person of the Bronx office and was there every day.

This was a letter I wrote to the Dental Board upon certification.

Dr. George and I went through Dental School and Residency together. At the time of this letter we had known each other for 17 years.

Dr. Geraldine, my sister-in-law, ran most aspects of the Bronx office. This office was her baby.

Dr. Gary, a dentist, helped me in the process of selling my office.

Raysa was the bedrock of my businesses. She was a dentist from the Dominican Republic who was involved in all aspects of both offices. She is one of the most honest and caring people I have ever met.

Dr. Nick and I went through Dental School together. He was a specialist I referred patients to. We had a relationship for 15 plus years.

Elias ran the front desk in my Manhattan office. He was a great young man with great character who always handled himself with honor. Although we had mostly wonderful patients he came across his fair share of snakes. New Yorkers can be a difficult bunch. I admired how he handled himself.

Elaine was a sweetheart and wonderful person who I let go from employment years before she wrote this for me. I hope she has found her calling. We need more of her in this world.

Dr. Lindsay was a classmate to my sister-in-law.

Dr. David M. was a great dentist who I working alongside at an office before I opened my first practice.

This is my wife who always helped out at my offices.  To put it bluntly, she was more pissed off than anyone over this. She helped train both Gina and Michelle.
